This website also provides the display, purchase and download of digital goods (such as Skills and resource packs).
3.2 After purchasing software, users can contact the developer via email for support.
3.3 After a developer releases software, it must pass review before being listed as a software product.
3.4 Approved software products automatically generate full internationalized language pages supported by the website (without translating code in markdown) and well-designed page layouts.
3.5 Approved software products provide paid download functions and user submission of deployment orders.
3.6 Provide developers with functions such as order management and financial reconciliation.
3.7 This website provides developers with operational statistics, including views, likes and favorites of software.

Article 4 User Code of Conduct
4.1 Users shall not publish or disseminate illegal, false, infringing, malicious or unethical information.
4.2 Any behavior that interferes with the normal operation of this website, such as attacking the website or publishing malicious code, is prohibited.
4.3 Without authorization, users shall not reproduce, copy, sell or resell the software products, license codes, accounts or services of this website.

5.1 All content on this website is protected by global copyright laws and intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, distribution or other use is prohibited.
Article 6 Limitation of Liability
6.1 This website shall not be liable for losses caused by service interruptions or errors, but will endeavor to minimize the impact.
Article 7 Fees and Billing Cycle
7.1 The price, currency and billing method of software, license codes, deployment and other services sold on this website are subject to the information published on the order page and product detail page. By placing an order, you accept such price and billing rules.
7.2 Software products (including one-time purchase software, license codes and digital goods) are paid in one lump sum at the price published on the product page. If the product page specifies a subscription model, fees are charged per subscription period (monthly/yearly). Unless expressly stated on the product page, this website does not charge an additional platform service fee.
7.3 The revenue sharing and settlement rules for software published by developers shall follow the "Developer Registration Agreement" and the "Profit Sharing Settlement Agreement".
7.4 This website is a software consignment sales platform. Developers consign their software products to this website for sale. When a buyer purchases software products through this website, the sales relationship is established between the buyer and this website. This website handles unified sales, payment collection, and invoicing, and settles consignment service fees with developers according to the consignment agreement. Developers shall issue invoices to this website for the settled amounts.
Article 8 Refund Policy
8.1 Software and license codes are digital goods with immediate delivery and non-resalable nature. In principle, no-refund-without-reason is not supported once the product has been downloaded, activated or the license code has been issued.
8.2 Within 7 days (inclusive) from the delivery date of the digital product, if the user has not yet downloaded, activated or used the software, a full refund may be requested; this clause does not apply to orders that have been downloaded, activated or used.
8.3 If a duplicate charge occurs due to the platform or payment channel, or if the user paid but did not receive the software/license code and it is verified to be caused by the platform, the platform will issue a full refund.
8.4 If the quality or functionality of the software materially deviates from the description on the product page, the user may request a refund. After verification, the platform will refund the actual revenue after deducting taxes and payment channel fees, in full or in part, and reserves the right to revoke or reclaim the corresponding license code.
8.5 Refund requests should be sent by email to support@powersoftware.app with the registered email, order number and refund reason. The platform will confirm within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days; the refund will be returned to the original payment account.
8.6 The following are not refundable: fees for subscription periods already used; refund requests beyond the period or conditions specified in this article; accounts closed for violation of this Agreement or platform rules; unless otherwise provided by law or the payment channel.
8.7 If a user initiates a dispute or chargeback through payment channels such as Alipay or PayPal, the dispute handling rules of the corresponding payment channel apply. The platform reserves the right to verify orders based on dispute records, assess refund eligibility and seek recovery in accordance with applicable law.
Article 9 Disclaimer
9.1 The platform shall not be liable for service interruptions, delays or data losses caused by force majeure (such as network failures, natural disasters, policy changes).
9.2 The platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of third-party software; the functionality, quality and after-sales support of the software are the responsibility of the corresponding developer.
9.3 Product information displayed, exchanged, downloaded or purchased by users on the platform is provided by developers, who are responsible for the authenticity and legality of such content; as the consignment seller, the platform assumes seller responsibilities in accordance with the law, but makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of developer-provided content.
Article 10 User Liability for Breach of Contract
10.1 If a user violates this Agreement or platform rules, the platform has the right to take measures such as warnings, restriction of functions, account freezing, suspension or termination of services, depending on the circumstances.
10.2 If a user's breach causes losses to the platform or other third parties, the user shall bear corresponding compensation liability (including but not limited to reasonable legal enforcement costs); in serious or suspected illegal circumstances, the platform has the right to report to the relevant authorities.
Article 11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 The formation, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding, for the purposes of this Agreement, its conflict of laws rules).
11.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People's Court at the place where the platform is domiciled.
Article 12 Amendment and Termination of the Agreement
12.1 The platform has the right to update this Agreement as business develops, and will notify users in advance through website announcements, in-site notifications or other means; the updated Agreement shall apply from the effective date stated in the announcement. If the user continues to use the services of this website, they shall be deemed to have accepted the updated Agreement.
12.2 If a user violates this Agreement, the platform may suspend or terminate the services and reserves the right to pursue liability for breach of contract.
Article 13 License Codes & Software Licensing
13.1 The platform provides license code activation and verification services for client software. A license code is a software authorization credential, binding "product + edition + validity period + machine code". It is automatically generated by the platform or issued by developers via the platform API.
13.2 Try First, Pay Later (Trial License): Some client software offers a "Try First" model where users can claim a trial license after a free download (idempotent per product + machine code — no duplicate issuance per device). Trial validity = claim time + developer-configured trial days (typically 7–14 days). All features are available during the trial; after expiry, paid features require purchasing a license edition.
13.3 License Edition Purchase: After selecting an edition and completing payment on the platform purchase page, the platform automatically issues a license code. The code is displayed on the purchase page (copyable) and sent to the user's registered email. Payment channels: China site (powersoftware.cn) supports Alipay; International site (powersoftware.app) supports the Waffo checkout (card payments, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay), Alipay and PayPal.
13.4 Platform Collection for License Fees: Developers may enable "Platform Collection" when publishing a product. When enabled, the platform displays edition prices and feature lists on the purchase page, collects license fees on behalf of developers, and automatically issues license codes after payment. When disabled, developers handle payment themselves — the platform only provides license code issuance and verification.
13.5 Edition Upgrade Price Difference: Users who purchased a lower edition can upgrade to a higher one within the software. The system automatically deducts the existing edition price, and the user pays only the difference. The upgrade strategy is set by the developer: SAME_CODE (original code, edition updated) or NEW_CODE (new code issued, old code revoked with machine binding migrated).
13.6 Refund & Revocation: License codes are digital goods and are generally non-refundable once issued. If the code has not been activated and within 7 days of issuance, the user may apply for a refund per Article 8; upon refund, the platform will revoke the corresponding license code, and software verification will immediately fail.
13.7 Users shall keep their license codes and activation tokens secure. The platform is not liable for losses caused by the user's own disclosure.
